Aesthetics Space: Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, consultations, services and purchases provided by Aesthetics Space (the “Clinic”). By booking or receiving treatment, you agree to these Terms.
2. About Aesthetics Space
Aesthetics Space is a boutique facial aesthetics practice dedicated to subtle, elegant and natural results. Led by highly qualified practitioners with advanced training in cosmetic injections, dermal fillers and skin boosters.

3. Consultations & Clinical Assessment
3.1 All treatments require a consultation with a qualified practitioner. 3.2 Treatment will only proceed if you are deemed clinically suitable. 3.3 Practitioners may decline or postpone treatment if:
Contraindications or medical risks are identified
You are pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18
Expectations are unrealistic
Cooling-off periods or patch tests are required
3.4 Clinical discretion is final and prioritises patient safety.
4. Medical History & Disclosure
4.1 You must provide accurate and complete medical information. 4.2 You must inform the Clinic of any changes to your health, medication or lifestyle that may affect treatment. 4.3 Failure to disclose relevant information may result in refusal of treatment and may affect your rights under these Terms.
5. Treatment Plans & Results
5.1 Treatment plans are personalised and may change based on clinical judgment. 5.2 Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. 5.3 Multiple sessions may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. 5.4 You agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions.
6. Pricing, Deposits & Payments
6.1 Treatment prices are listed on the Clinic’s website and may change without notice. 6.2 A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. 6.3 Deposits are applied to your treatment and are subject to the cancellation policy. 6.4 Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
7.1 Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. 7.2 Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a fee. 7.3 If the Clinic must cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. 7.4 Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
8. Refunds & Returns
8.1 Treatment fees are non-refundable once a service has been provided. 8.2 Refunds are only issued where required under UK consumer law or where treatment cannot proceed for clinical reasons. 8.3 Skincare products are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons.
9. Contraindications & Treatment Refusal
9.1 The Clinic may refuse treatment if it is unsafe or inappropriate. 9.2 You may be advised to seek GP or specialist clearance before treatment. 9.3 The Clinic is not liable for refusal of treatment based on clinical judgment.
10. Photography, Marketing & Consent
10.1 Clinical photography may be taken for medical records. 10.2 Marketing photography requires your explicit written consent. 10.3 Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing.
11. Children & Companions
11.1 Children under 16 are not permitted in treatment rooms. 11.2 Companions may be asked to wait outside if their presence affects clinical safety or privacy.
12. Liability
12.1 The Clinic is not liable for:
Failure to follow aftercare instructions
Adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions
Expected variations in treatment outcomes
12.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Data Protection & Confidentiality
13.1 Personal and medical information is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. 13.2 Medical records are stored securely and treated with strict confidentiality.
14. Complaints
14.1 Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Clinic. 14.2 The Clinic will acknowledge complaints within 7 days and follow its internal resolution process. 14.3 If unresolved, you may escalate to relevant regulatory bodies.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through the UK courts.
16. Updates to These Terms
The Clinic may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
